(OK, OK, I misread the question! )

USP barrels are 'cold-hammer forged from a high-grade chromium steel', which I imagine is their way of saying 'Chrome-Moly'?

Yup, nothing stainless or chome lined on the USP bores but they still wear like they'll last forever and are more accurate than they have any right to be.
