My bedside gun at the house is a Beretta 92F with a Streamlight M3 attached underneath. Does anyone know of a hip holster for this setup at a reasonable price?

Not inexpensive by any means but well worth it. Especially compared to your only other option. Blade Tech makes some of the finest duty holsters in the world.
