Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Need new guide rod for a Glock 17

I have a G 17 Gen 3 with a .30 Luger barrel and the factory 9mm recoil spring is too stiff and makes the gun short cycle. So I am going to order a steel guide rod with 3 different weight recoil springs. Are the ones made by Centennial Defense  Systems any good? They have them for $32 shipped.
