I have a Glock Gen 4 with a backstrap on it, what plug works in the grip?

Why do you want to plug it? It's open to allow debris to come out.

I’ve had this Pierce in this G19 for several years and it’s been used at one time or another with all the different back straps and without any.

Mags can get caught on the lip in the notch. Most plugs create a smooth ramp in that area.

Pearce is the best plug-and-play option for backstraps.

The one I'm currently using is the Glockmeister but you have to hack it up significantly to accomodate backstraps. Unless creating the best possible magwell for speed reloads/games is your goal, the Pearce is fine.
