Anyone have a picture of these two side by side or know the dimensions of each?

Looks like maybe a 20SF vs a 17. They actually look pretty close. I'd like to see how much bigger the standard 20/21 is compared to the 20SF/21SF. I've handled a standard 20 and it felt gigantic in my hand

Their is a comparison of a G21 and G21SF frame which are the same as the G20.

Thanks . Looks like quite a difference, I'll have to get my hands on one of those.

I can tell you from experience I use to have a G21 I loved it because I have dinner plates for hands.  I ended up trading it to a friend for much more than it was worth.  Later I got a XD 45 Tactical and HATED IT!  Traded it for a G21SF and I must say it fits my hand like a glove and I will never sell my G21SF although I may buy another G21 someday just to have.

I've never held a G20, but got a reasonable deal on a G20SF with a bunch of upgrades.  And the first time I held it...it still felt huge.  I thought I had pretty big hands.  I would like to hold a G20 and see if that .5" would make a difference.  Probably easier to find a G21 at the next fun show though.

I have a G21. Just recently I found a 21sf to compare it too. Had to do it over again, I would tried harder to find a sf to buy. I have bigger hands, but the 21 sf still deals better to me even know it is such a small difference in size.

I bought the G20 because I really wanted a 10mm.  The gun felt good at the store, then I got it home and was handling it and the grip is just too big.  I have fairly large hands too.  I'm going to have to get rid of it.  Hopefully I can find a G20SF to handle sometime soon.

I have both a 21 and a 21sf.  When I read about the dimension changes, I didn't think it sounded like much.  However, the 21sf feels much smaller in my hand.  I have a friend who wanted to carry .45 but found the 21 to be too large (department requires Glock).  He got a 21sf and still found it a bit too large.  He found a local guy that does stipling and grip reduction, and now his 21sf feels the same size as his old 22, only it practically adheres to the hand.

So if you can handle the size of a standard Glock (17, 22, etc.) a 21sf can be made to work.

For those of you who think that the large frame Glock's grip is too big, you might want to consider this.  Part of the reason that the large frame Glocks don't have as much felt recoil as other brands is because the larger grip backstrap spreads out the impulse.  So, you might want to consider renting one (45acp or 10mm) and feel how it shoots before you reject them.  After you shoot them a few rounds you may really come to like the grip as I do.
I'm 5'9" and have decent sized hands but certainly not huge ones.  I not only like the size of my large frame Glock (G20/21L) better than my std frame ones (G22 & G24), but I also added a Hogue HandAll to it.  While it increases the size of the grip a bit, the palm swells in it really help lock the grip in your hand.

Yes, both My G20/21L and G24 really do have HandAlls on them.
