Been waiting for a long time for MO to finally pass CCW, I know a Judge put it on hold, but that was several weeks ago.  Anybody heard what was going on with it?

Permanent injunction has been instituted by Judge Ohmer, and it has been appealed to the state Supreme Court by state Attorney General Jay Nixon.  Nixon personally is against the License To Carry (LTC) legislation, but is making good points for it, as it is his job.

The MO Supreme Court has yet to announce anything regarding the case.

In other words, don't hold your breath.
