Hope it passes.   Rights must not be taxed.  The poor have a right to self defense too.

Tennessee just got permit less carry after many years of tries to get it past the RINO Republicans in Nashville that run the show and have run it for the 20 years I have been here.

It is not actual Constitutional carry because it disallows people from the age of 18-20 to take part unless they are in the military.  These all are the same people that can go to war and maybe die for the country, but they must wait until they are 21 or over.

It also carries some restrictions that a permitted carry has.

At least it is a start.  Of the 19 other states that have some form of permit less carry, there has been no significant problems and I suspect it will be that way here too.

Grew up in San Antonio and hope it passes.  Currently NC is home and we also have HB197 in the House for Constitutional carry.  But with our Dem Governor Cooper, expect a veto.
