If it's an under folder conversion I would wait till you have stamp in hand.

A firearm either has a stock attached or it doesn't. And either you have an attachable stock for a firearm that has no other purpose than making an NFA firearm or you don't.

You should wait until that stamp is approved.
ETA: have you considered the ACE folding stock adapters for your Draco? Will definitely be cheaper than having the rear trunnion replace and the possibility that rivet holes might not match up. |
