looking for intel on a source for an adjustable gas screw or block for a PAP m92.

It sucks beyond all belief to shoot suppressed.

Something like this:
yugo m70 gas screw

Anyone done this or know who I can get to do this?

nope, that gas blocks port is at a 45* angle making it easier to drill & tap. M92's port is 90* so there's no way to do what was done in that video.
