Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - PKM Tripod ??

I have a PKM tripod that was given to me many years ago and was wondering how to tell the country of origin. It's got some surface rust from where it sat in my mom's basement, forgotten about for about 20 years. Also, how can I determine the value of this thing.
