I know that original IMI CL 18" barrels are pretty much unobtainable now but other than IMI did any other foreign or US manufacturer produce virgin, uncut 18" AR/ARM chrome-lined barrels? Were they all either 1x12 and 1x7 twist?

I don't know about 'ever', but the only barrels I am aware of being available recently are non-CL, although I have seen both 1:12 and 1:7.
