so far I've thought of

gas block
flash hider
AK100 folding stock
handguards/pistol grip
bullet guide
trigger guard assembly
gas tube

Will a Bulgarian AK-102 gas block fit on the Saiga barrel without modification?

Does the gas port need to be enlarged?

This will be an SBR, not concerned with 922(r). How is the trigger pull on the stock Saiga FCG?

Are there any mags that will work without tinkering? Polish Beryl mags? How much are Russian .223 poly mags?

Beryl is best for Saiga AK-101/102.
