99.99999% are. The reason I do not say 100% is that there was a few SAR-1's in 7.62x39 that were imported not chromed lined. Seems sombody was asleep in Romanian when they missed the chome step. I do not recall any SAR-2 or SAR-3's not comming in chromed. Many newbies mistake a new chrome barrel for not being chromed because of being dull. New chrome is always dull untill a few rounds are fired and cleaned, then it shines right up.
