Seems about $20 too high.  I've heard that Scott from DPH Arms may be raising the cost of his Rommy kits but I don't know how much.  They were only $99 and in great shape.

ETA: You can make it look beautiful if you give it some TLC.  The stocks should refinish nicely and so should the metal.

Yes, the Romanians are the best thing going right now. They can be found from various vendors for $99. Look around, there are better deals.
