Is this normal?

Chinese type vented gas tubed on a SSR56 shooting Red Hammer HP.

Slant brake is straight and secure - no unusual wear seen anywhere on the rifle.  Sparks are from the forward portion of the rifle and go up and left.  Barely noticeable and doesn't seem to happen every shot.

Just blast coming out of the muzzle, maybe?

Gun runs *nice!* - just curious re: this issue.

TIA

edit - I work nights and didn't sleep at all today - maybe I was halucinating - aaahhhh - trippin tracers....

I see muzzle flash in a roofed range at 5:30pm.

LOL.....

use cleaner ammo with a flash supressant in the power.

If you are using Wolf, ger used to it. My AK spews a flame and little sparks all over the place. That's half the fun of it.
