Just orded some Bulgarian waffle magazines and I was wondering if they are really pre ban or not. The magazines are marked with a 10 and a circle around it. Does anyone know if these are pre or post ban
 ? Man I hate NY  .

Yes.
As far as the law is concerned, anything not marked LE Only, is preban. |

I just called Kvar and spoke to a tech who stated the all of there waffle magazines are pre ban as they were imported from Bulgaria
 .

your fine with mags as long as they arnt LE Only , US govt, restricted use, or date marked...
