The New WASR does not have any bayo lugs, and the front end Nut is welded...Did they pass a New Law ? I thought they were selling them with the bayonet in the box...Please, correct me if I'm wrong.

After the ban ended everyone wanted no-ban rifles, so the post bans they had didn't sell as good.  So its still possible to possible to find some of the post ban models floating around that are new in box.

still some ban states they have to cater to

you should be able to find no ban wasrs easily
