If the barrel ban has already affected the price of kits will the same thing happen to the romanian ak's.

Add $100 plus to price.  Accuraccy however might improve.  It may be a good thing, it may open up calibre ranges more.  It would be nice to have RPK length barrel in 5.45X39 and 7.62X39.  Price will rise though, buy now.

won't affect arsenal's imported stamped receiver rifles, saigas, veprs, or wasrs
they are all imported neutered and in the sporting configuration and then converted stateside
the barrel ban only affects those barrels configured in a way that when you make a gun out of it it automatically makes a non-sporting rifle, i.e. muzzle device and bayonet lug.  You can still import foreign barrels that are free of muzzle threads and bay lugs, I don't see why we don't just import the barrels and thread them here and slap on the lugged FSB or gas blocks
