Hang in there man....never been to war but know all about PTS. Took me years to get over my little trip to a blaze where >200 youngsters burned. If you want to talk, I'll listen...

Also, I know from experience that the amateur route (read booze) won't work. It will only enhance the shitty mood you could be in and strengthen the feeling there's no door leading to the exit.

There's plenty of folks here who are willing and able and here for you, I know I am.
