I would cash in the piggy bank, sell the dog, and scrape up another couple dollars. I would get a Polish under folder or a tantal kit.

Global is known for their "cob web". Call and ask, couldn't hurt...but that is the price they were a few years back before they ran out. If you got to the main page, it doesn't have a link to that page. Did you find it by Googling it? If so, I am willing to bet it is old.

Did I read Akron Armory add thats on the EE right that you could get a grade 2 AKMS for 185.00 shipped or 175.00 with out shipping or am I not reading this right??

imacbo - No, you're not reading it right. The grade 2 kits are $209.95 shipped. The note you are reading is in referal to the group buy tantal kits which used to be $180 + $10 shipping and only came with one mag.
($209.95 - $10 shipping -$25 for extra mag = $174.95) The Global Trades ad is from long ago and no longer valid. Wish we could get these at that price but that ship sailed long ago. Notice the reference to (H-454, price is $14.99 with rivets for trunnion) - that's an old part number and they go for almost twice that now. |
