Does anyone have a round count for durability before failure of rivet, weld, or screw construction?

Due to variations in materials and workmanship, no.
Either can meet/exceed the likely 30,000 rnd life of as chromed bbl.

i've got riveted ak's with over 15k rounds on them.

properly assembled, screws and rivets will last as long as rivets.

any assembly method, again! if done correctly, will outlast your bbl.
