Me too, except the ones I threw overboard in '91 where all in a " new-in- case", in cosmoline....puke, wretch..the pain, the horror...

for those are not dragunovs! those are merely the stamped, crappy iraqi copy of a dragunov! still...'tis a shame to see so much collectible war trophies going to waste. i propose that we give one to every soldier that served in iraq! sort of a "thanks...and here's a reminder of your service to america!" kind of souvenir! |

If you threw guns overboard that were in cosmoline, if they were WELL covered in it, they're probably still in mint condition.
There are something like NINE HUNDRED THOUSAND Thompson SMGs at the bottom of the Atlantic Ocean, all in cosmoline, in cases, in the holds of freighters and Liberty ships that were sunk by German U-boats while en route to Britain. Most of those Thompsons are probably still in perfect shape....if you can get to them! Where, exactly, were you when you threw them overboard? Maybe we could get Bush to cancel the EO on importation and see about getting these rifles over here! CJ |

Don't worry, there's plenty left in the world with more being built each day. Gun grabbers fail to realize the scope of the firearm. They will never eradicate the gun.
