I was reading the bio from the Vodka page again on MK and read this,

" about 70 million Kalashnikov assault rifles of various modifications were manufactured by the middle of 1990"

How many 'all day'? I mean from 1947 to 2004 how many AK47's and AK variants have been made, give or take?

The article was ok except for the "assault rifle" monaker BS.

MK never was a party line kinda guy, he just did what he though was best.

educated guesstimates range from a very conservative 90 million upwards to about 120 million.

A:Actually it is a little known fact  that can now be revealed since the iron curtain has fallen but the answer is 8. Yes 8 All those armies shown with thousands, and millions are photochopped.
