Sorry to disagree, but it takes quite a bit more to change over. The mag release assy. will have to be changed out as well, as the little lever will not hold the hi-caps high enough in the receiver to allow the bolt to strip a round from the mag. This was done by re-positioning the pin on the mag release, and the thickness of the plate under the mag release lever. so you have to get a new trigger guard, selector stop plate, and install rivets as well. Hoging out the trunion takes three hours and wrecks four dremel bits at $4.00 each. That trunion is harder than the hinges of hell. Not to mention the dog-leg punch to squash those pesky rivets under the receiver support, that you'll get to fabricate... There are also issues with the feed ramp, though some do not have a problem with the feed. These banned guns will not be easy or cheap to restore. Buy it anyway!
