I see that Aim has hardwood replacement stocks for sks rifles.  They say they will fit rifles with a blade bayonet such as Russian, Chinese, and Romanian.  Will these also fit the Yugo M59/66 rifles?  I tried to contact them but with no success.  I want to have a spare Yugo stock to make another color and just to have as a back up.  Has anyone ever ordered one of these?  If so are they good stocks in new condition?  Thanks.

Edited to Add:  They also say final fit and finish required.  What does this mean?  I know I will have to finish it but how much fitting is required?  What do I need to do this?  Thanks again.

Although I'm not an SKS guy as of yet, I'm sure those stocks will fit a Yugo.

All the above mentioned SKS types use basically identical components, with the variance between them being about the same as the variance between different countries AKs.  

So, basically if you have a dremel tool you can make it fit just fine.  You can use the original stock as a pattern.

Email is not perfect with them in reply time, but a call should tell if they are Yugo stocks that were never completed and installed. If so, they will fit fine with only some time to dremel and hand sand as needed. Never seen one, but final fit usually means tweaking, not reworking.
