I think its a hollow core surronded by steel.

I had no idea there was a jury. It is Com-Block mil-surp. 99.5% chance it is corrosive.

Seems like, being hollow like that, that stuff would be extremely lethal at close range.
Hey if anyone buys some of this stuff, make sure to make some ballistic gelatin and see what it does, and post results here. Would be nice to know if its gonna fragment or what. |
