It's already a 5.45 receiver. A Yugo "Krinkov" is not really a real Krinkov, so I'm assuming that you're talking about building a 5.45 krink.
As you know, building an AK (Krink especially) is a lot different from 'building' (aka assemblying) an AR.
The standard 5.45 receiver will need quite a few modifications. You have to take into account that there is a folding stock with a specific trunion that is not used by other stocks. In addition, there is a front latch mechanism that will hold the stock closed. The front latch mech is located under the front trunion and protrudes out the left side of the receiver.

OTOH, if you're talking about building one of those Yugo M92's, you're on you own. You're better off just buying an NDS receiver (if you can get one). You're probably better off getting an NDS receiver either way-
