does jb weld count as "permanent attachment" of a muzzle brake?

No JB. 3 welds around the brake, silver solder, or brazed. Check laws but Im pretty sure on those 3

Why ?  Does the muzzle attachment have to be permanent where you live ??

if the MB is "permanent" then the parts count drops to 5 if i understand the atf calculus.  thanks for clarifying the attachment methods guys.
