The trigger pin is held by the legs of the hammer spring. Make sure the diameter of the hammer spring is correct and that the annular groove in the trigger pin is correct. Make sure that the hammer spring legs are on top of the trigger pin. You're not using small pins in a large hole lower are you?

Turned out the hammer spring legs were under the pin.

IT also messes it up if the hammer spring is on backwards so that the legs are coming down at an angle. This doesn't make it not function, just the trigger pin will rock out. The legs should come from the bottom of the coil of the hammer spring and be parralel with the main line of the reciever.
