i just got my upper today and the charging handle seems to be a little out of spec. or somthing. when i pull it back, its tight and jams. my stepdad's works ok in it, so i think i just got a cheap one. the notch on the top of it is carving into my upper. i was thinking i need to either (1)file that notch down a bit or (2)just let it wear itself in. i think i like (1) better but wanted to know if anyone else has seen this and if there may be a better solution or somthing. thanks all

I would just stone the claw on the charging handle to remove any sharp burs that were left during stamping.
