Is it alright to reuse a crush washer?

My understanding is that it is a one time use deal. After that it is crushed, but I would think that a crushrd one is better than none at all.

i heated a used one in the oven for an hour at 400 degrees (as metal expands with heat). It worked great and indexed my flash hider perfectly. I would say it is "ideal" that you get a new one, but honestly it really isn't necessary. The oven trick works wonderfully- good as new
