I have began to purchase components for my first build.  I have a Bushmaster "L" serial numbered lower and have ordered a CMT upper receiver from Denny.  I'm sure there are some of you out there in AR15.COM Land who have used this combination. Is CMT very consistant with their machining? Can I expect a tight fit without any upper / lower receiver overlap? Thanks.

You should have no problem. Stag/Cmt is top notch, they have the best quality stuff out there.
