Whats the best way to pin a phantom flash supressor to a 14.5" barrel?  Is it better to point toward the centerline of the barrel from one of the wrench flats or to go offcenter similar to the pins on the front sight base?

How about using a set screw into a blind hole in the barrel and welding over the end? How deep should it go into the barrel?

What size pin to use?  Is an 1/8" about right?
