6.8 kill things better
75-77gr 5.56 has about the same trajectory as 6.8
6.8 is very expensive unless you reload, in which case it's only really expensive

'Course it is!
But I don't have any data in the FAQ to support that assertion.
Heavier bigger bullet going about the same speed, it's bound to kill things better. Reports from the field support this, too.
