I really like the heavy barrel i got from model1...ER shaw is the brand IIRC.  I am sure their bull bbls are just as nice.

Wilson makes some really good barrels, DPMS uses them and I beleive RRA uses them.  I have three Bull barrels all wilson and all are great shooters.
