I am currently building an AR from a kit. I would like to know if a threaded barrel and a flash suppressor is considdered one feature or two. It difficult to tell by the way the law is written. Any help would help. Thanks.

Anything classified as a flash supressor is a no-no.  If you have a threaded barrel, a permanently installed (pinned and welded) "compensator" must be installed, so that it cannot be removed and an evil flash suppressor or a silencer could be installed.
