Ordered a Pentagon X3 Xenon (the big 135 lumen bastard) from Operation Parts and when it showed up wouldn't wouldn't work.

Called Pentagon and with no questions asked said they will be mailing me a new bulb assembly by the end of the week.

Great customer service will be rewarded with repeat business.  Thanks pentagon.

Which way are the batteries facing.  The positive end should be facing towards the switch.

Nice to hear they have a good return policy.  I have an X3 and I like it a lot.
