Will still stick with the T2, but the M5s looks very nice compared to the M5. Get ready for an EE flood of M5 versions

I preferred the M4 and I'll stick with the M5.
I'm pretty sure it was Aimpoint themselves that said moving the battery compartment to that location would interfere with the mounts. |

I always preferred the 1:00 battery mount. On the Comp M4 it was bulky, but the little M5 is ok with it.
I guess everyone is going to have to tool up to make new mounts for these. |

I've read that the cracking points on 7075 are forces that will bend 6061 but not crack.
To objectively say 7075 is better may be more scenario based. I'd say the front objective lens addition is more of a hardening feature than the material. |
