what is "micro" about these sights? are they lower in height, in their sight plane to standard KAC folding sights)?

and what the height over bore, or height above picatinny rail of these, if anyone knows.

The height's the same.  They're just lower profile and should take up less space.

The KAC standard M4 flip front is pretty low profile however, and there's less "micro-izing" in it compared to the rear sights where the windage knobs have been made smaller.  Again, the KAC have been known as the lowest profile sights on the market before they came out with the Micros.

Thanks, that what I needed to know.  I was mainly concern with height over bore as far as aiming the aperture.

Was going to use it with standard Troy rear buis if that is ok.

When did the Micros have an adjustable rear? I thought that was only on the 200-600's... Got any pics?

The 200-600 micro has a smaller windage adjustment knob. Same thing with the 300.

The height over bore does not change, the folded height is lower profile. Aperture height does not change.
