Saw some optics mounted on a Sporter II recently that has illuminated reticle, and the outside reads:

(I'm going from memory here...)

O.M.C.
Night Stalker
4x12
Japan

It is around 5-6" long, and appears to possibly be a 20mm(?) objective....?

Googled it - nothing.

Anyone ever seen or know anything about this particular optic?

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Wondering if this is night vision, a POS, or both.        

I have my theory, but waiting on the experts to weigh in.
