I have a Russian NV Scope that I would like to mount on an AR-15 flat top rail.

Does anyone makes an adapter that has  standard Piccatini rail system mount on one side and Russian scope small grooves on the other?

I like this scope... I don't want to sell it and it would look really nice on my AR-15. I just cant mount it. Maybe someone would know of a machine shop that would make such mount / adapter.

My Russian is pretty poor, but I can tell you a little about the markings on it.

The three letter abbreviation (which I'm guessing is the model designation) on the scope would be the equivalent of VKL in English.  Though a Google search on that doesn't seem to yield any info on the scope. The text on the left and right of the abbreviation seems to translate to "Illumination Device". I not sure about the text below the switches. Seems like it might be more abbreviations. In English equivalents of the characters I can see would be PN.GR...

How well does it work?  I assume you've tried it out?

VKL. is often used as an abbreviation for "включать."  I am guessing it has something to do with how the device is turned on.

I, too, have no clue on the rest.

Looks to me like it would fit a standard dovetail rail.  Don't know if anyone makes dovetail/pict. adapters though.

ОСВЕТ. - Abbrev. ОСВЕТИ - sounds like osveti - Illumination
ПРИБОР - sounds like preebor - Device

Can't you go to the stores and try to find something locally.. this way you don't waste you money on things that may or maynot work..  Just a thought.

I would go with the cheapest option first to make sure you are dealing with a dovetail mount.  If you are, you can always get something more expensive down the road if the cheap mount fails you.
