Scope lengths are the same but the Meostar has a built in 3" sunshade.  Nightforce has no provision for one I am aware of.  I guess a sun shade is not good if you need a PEQ2 on the top rail of a carbine but other than that it does not get in the way.  That said even though I think the Meostar has more to offer than the Nightforce in terms of features I bet more Nightforce sell for the "brand name" image associated with those.  Kind of like clothing name brands... The North Face clothing line comes to mind.  What do you guys think?
