You don't want and ARMS BUIS, you want a TROY BUIS.

The ones you listed are all low enough. My preference is the #40A2 with reflex sights, #40L with optics that sit over the BUIS.
I have a Troy. It is very nice when used in combo with traditional scopes. I just prefer BUIS that are spring loaded so the sight is always up when deployed. |

If you like the sight to flip up to the large app, get the #40. If you happen to like using the small app, the 40L flips up to the small app.

The ARMS 40 and 40L are great. I really like the TROY my self also.

ARMS 40 or 40L. That said, there are still other brands out there that do just as good a job. I like the ARMS BUISs though.

if you plan on mounting a larger scope on it in the future that would extend over the buis then go with the 40l just in case but if not any of them will do.
like the others i prefer troy. |

I have the first model I think!
anyway it has a 500M to 600M HORIZON Notch on the Long Range AP. And the regular A2 0=200M close range AP! I was told when zero at 25m that the 500/600M line notch works? I dont have that kind of range to TEST out? and dought I will ever use it Period? I would go for the SAME PLANE ONLY zero at 50yards

That aperture w/ the horizon line is the worst thing going. I have a few laying around if needed. Its the first thing I change out. It list 500-600y... Well WTF one is it? Horizon line
