I saw a thread in the AK forum where  someone had one of these Russian optics on their VEPR (but I didn't want to hijack the thread)...

It is a good looking optic.

Anybody know anything about them?  Are they a single dot red-dot?  Battery life? reliability?  Cost?  Do they make one to attach to a flattop?

Any info would be appreciated...
