What is the Dif? other than a TA-31 has 4x and TA-11 has 3.5? I just got a TA-11 first ACOg I have used it two days in a row and I am in love I can not imagine a better designed more thought out optic it does it all had no problem dinging coke cans at 200 yards today.

Those who shoot both say the Ta11 is a little more forgiving n terms of cheek weld and eye placement. The TA31 is shorter and lighter.

If you were going to summarize the perfect optic (it doesnt exist....) then the TA31 would be the closest.

Not to go off topic, and I did see the FOV specs listed on the Trijicon website, but why would a higher magnification optic have a wider field of view...? This goes against everything I know about optics... Not saying you or trijicon are wrong, just wondering how it works out that way...

I wondered the same thing, but it's true. Has to be due to the distances between glass surfaces inside. The TA31 is much shorter, objective and occular are smaller, go figure...
