going to get either dissapator upper or 16in HBAR upper for a M4 lower

...and i dont have $700-800 to spend on an ACOG

right now, im considering a Burris compact 3x9 with ballistiplex reticle, though its a little long at 10.4in
but i do like the reticle and generous eye relief
