Bushnell vs EOTech ... Any difference?

I was just on the EOTech website and there was a link to the Bushnell Holosight.  I guess that the companies are affiliated or something.

What's the difference between the 2 products?

I think the Bushnell lacks waterproofing and the armored hood, but is otherwise identical to an older model eotech
