Sorry, just to clarify, I would be using the gooseneck with a QRP railgrabber mount which is also required. Will it co-witness?

Yes, it will co-witness without the spacer. Works equally well on A1 and A2 uppers.
edited to add: It will also clear M4 handguards.

Buy the ARMS gooseneck mount. You will be happier in the long run

 No spacer needed with the Aimpoint mounted in an ARMs #22M68, as unit sets perfectly at co-witness height. Mike |
