I have a preban AR15 with fixed handle upper.  Will the Arms picatiny rail #39 work on my gun without any tooling or modification to the gun??

I am going to put another Aimpoint Comp ML2 on the front portion of the rail that hangs out over the front handguard..  Will the standard #22M68 work with my gun so that I can see the iron sights through the ML2, or will I need a half spacer to get it up there in line with the iron sights??  Thanks..

Hello sblackhawk.  

That setup is exactly what I have.  

The ARMS #39 with the ARMS #22M68 works perfectly.  

The Aimpoint without a spacer puts the red dot just above the front sight.  

No modifications to the rifle are needed.  The mounts come off in seconds.
