Hey All,

I recently bought several Pre-Ban mags from someone on the EE (I live in NY.) One of them is made by Center and does not lock into the AR. I cant see any deformity in the mag. Is there anyway to fix this or should I just toss it?

Thanks in advence,

Riese

Toss it. get another one. it's like trying to refill a pick lighter...... not worth your time.

typically i'd say the same.

However, sometimes the mag release hole in the mag is a bit low. Sometimes filing on the upper edge will fix that. I had the same problem with a 7.62 frankenmag.

The mag catch in the rifle may be a little too lose.  Don't toss it,  it might work perfectly fine in another rifle.

Center, formerly Adventure Line, formerly Parsons, are generally good mags.  I have quite a few of them, and mine work well.
